Detox 48hrs (ie turn the phone off during the weekend and/or after work)
Leave your phone behind when leaving the house
Leave the phone in a different room/floor from the one you are in
Turn off 1h before bed & do not use until 1h after waking up.
Delete the apps that invite to endless scrolling
Have a ‘Phone station’ that you can check, but the phone won’t come with you
Turn off notifications
Put devices away when in the company of family & friends
Use ‘do not disturb’ mode
Set up limits on screen time
Set up a timer for use/search, then move on to other tasks.
Stay active (ie. outdoor activities)
Keep screen devices out of the bedroom
Use an analoge clock to wake up
Family time, such as meals, is screen-free time
Set up ‘greyscale’ on your phone
Do not use your phone if you are laying down
Use of different apps to lock app use after a certain time.
